從事無機(jī)化學(xué)相關(guān)的教學(xué)科研工作。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng),山東省優(yōu)青1項(xiàng),山東省優(yōu)秀青年創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)1項(xiàng),山東省自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)。以第一/通訊作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Small等重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇,參編學(xué)術(shù)專著2部。
