研究領(lǐng)域和興趣

卟啉與葉綠素化學(xué)、BODIPY、近紅外光敏劑、光動(dòng)力療法

主要業(yè)績

主要從事葉綠素和BODIPY類光動(dòng)力抗癌光敏劑的設(shè)計(jì)、合成與開發(fā)。主持并完成省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),橫向課題3項(xiàng),到位經(jīng)費(fèi)400余萬元;發(fā)表SCI收錄論文80余篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利3件?;谠瓌?chuàng)噻吩[3,2-g]吲哚和噻吩[3,2-e]吲哚骨架設(shè)計(jì)合成了一系列新型具有近紅外吸收的苯并噻吩稠并BODIPY類光敏劑并進(jìn)行了活性評(píng)價(jià),部分化合物具有顯著的光動(dòng)力抗癌活性,該成果已實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化,合同金額30萬美元。2021和2022年連續(xù)兩次指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲得全國大學(xué)生化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)大賽總決賽一等獎(jiǎng)。
