主要業(yè)績

申請人博士畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院物理化學(xué)專業(yè),現(xiàn)為德州學(xué)院化學(xué)化工學(xué)院副院長、教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師,山東省青創(chuàng)科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人,山東省企業(yè)科技特派員,德州市高層次人才。近年來,充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)和科研優(yōu)勢,立足德州高端化工和新能源新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,組建科技創(chuàng)新和社會(huì)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),產(chǎn)出一批原創(chuàng)性綠色化工和新材料科技成果,獲得多項(xiàng)自然科學(xué)、科技創(chuàng)新成果獎(jiǎng),多項(xiàng)專利技術(shù)在企業(yè)應(yīng)用并創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,高質(zhì)量服務(wù)學(xué)校和德州經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。
1.以學(xué)科交叉團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)推進(jìn)“關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域”重大科技創(chuàng)新。發(fā)揮學(xué)科交叉優(yōu)勢,作為負(fù)責(zé)人組建先進(jìn)材料與綠色催化團(tuán)隊(duì),并被遴選為山東省青創(chuàng)科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。圍繞國際前沿和德州市12條產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈布局,在新型半導(dǎo)體材料、集成電路用光電響應(yīng)器件和鋰電關(guān)鍵儲(chǔ)能材料等“關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域”急需材料創(chuàng)制方面開展應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究,先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、山東省青創(chuàng)科技計(jì)劃和山東省自然科學(xué)基金等科研項(xiàng)目,在ACS Nano和Applied Catalysis: B: Environmental等化學(xué)、材料領(lǐng)域頂級期刊發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)成果60余篇。
2.以校企融合聯(lián)動(dòng)賦能產(chǎn)業(yè)“卡脖子”關(guān)鍵難題攻堅(jiān)。與高端化工、新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈骨干企業(yè)圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)“卡脖子”難題開展企展聯(lián)合攻堅(jiān),簽訂產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng),研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)400余萬元,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利13件。組織團(tuán)隊(duì)通過與區(qū)域企業(yè)平臺(tái)共建、人才共享和技術(shù)共研,校企聯(lián)合獲,有機(jī)功能材料綠色低碳技術(shù)山東省工程研究中心,在高端催化劑創(chuàng)制、特種吸附分離材料和專用化學(xué)品綠色合成工藝開發(fā)等方面攻克一批關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題,直接或間接為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益近億元。
3.以有組織科研和高水平成果轉(zhuǎn)化助力“新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力”培育。全面融入“德州學(xué)院服務(wù)德州現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)市建設(shè)行動(dòng)”,發(fā)揮個(gè)人省級企業(yè)科技特派員、科技副總職能開展企業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和科技創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),開發(fā)的新型銅基催化劑及加氫工藝成功在企業(yè)應(yīng)用,相關(guān)技術(shù)成果獲中國商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)服務(wù)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新二等獎(jiǎng)等科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)5項(xiàng)。邀請化工、材料領(lǐng)域20名院士、知名專家出席在德州市召開的“泰山科技論壇”“天衢科技論壇”,分享產(chǎn)業(yè)前沿技術(shù),搭建合作研發(fā)橋梁,培育新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力。
